Seacoast Utility Authority Water Main Replacement Update 3/25/2026

Phase one – completed.
Phase two – the neighborhood-wide water main replacement-is nearing completion of the design phase. Seacoast anticipates beginning the bidding process within the next two months to select a contractor. Once a contractor has been chosen, Seacoast will coordinate a neighborhood meeting to review the project details with residents. This meeting is tentatively expected to take place in late May or early June. Construction is currently estimated to begin between mid-July and early August.
