New Golf Cart Regulations

Seacoast Utility Authority Water Main Replacement Update 7/25/2026

Pre-Construction video recording of the worksites in Horseshoe Acres Club will take place on:
Tuesday and Wednesday , July 28-29 2026, (weather permitting).

The videos will be used to ensure that at project completion all affected areas will be restored to their original conditions or better.

Seacoast Utility Authority Water Main Replacement Update 3/25/2026

Phase one – completed.
Phase two – the neighborhood-wide water main replacement-is nearing completion of the design phase. Seacoast anticipates beginning the bidding process within the next two months to select a contractor. Once a contractor has been chosen, Seacoast will coordinate a neighborhood meeting to review the project details with residents. This meeting is tentatively expected to take place in late May or early June. Construction is currently estimated to begin between mid-July and early August.
