Seacoast Utility Authority Water Main Replacement Phase-1 Update 12/22/2025

Seacoast Utility Authority has received release from the health department to place the water main into service. 

The Contractor informed them that they will be on site tomorrow (12/22/2025) to perform the tie-in. This task should only take 1-2 days. The Contractor has been informed that no work can be performed on Christmas Day and the day after.

Once the tie-in is complete, the Contractor will be on-site periodically for the next 1-3 weeks restoring any of the areas distrubed during construction.

Once the restoration process is complete SUA will let us know when the project is completed in its entirety.

Canal Project Work in 2026

Please review the email and the map below,  which we recently received from the Northern Palm Beach Improvement District. This is the body, which is responsible for the canals that run throughout much of our community.
