Gardens Learning Center Proposal

Gardens Learning Center, our immediate neighbor to the east, is petitioning the City of Palm Beach Gardens for an expansion of their facility and a zoning change for their property land use designation from the quite restricted Residential Low (RL) to the high density Professional Office (PO).

The Horseshoe Acres Board and Architectural Control Committee are in communication with the City of Palm Beach Gardens and will be preparing a unified community response to this proposal. Your presence at the October 8 th , 2019 Board meeting is critical to providing the Board with your opinions, thoughts and concerns regarding this project.

This very important monthly Board Meeting will be taking place on October 8 th , 2019 at 7:30 pm at Christ Fellowship Church, Rm. 212. All Horseshoe Acres Club members are strongly encouraged to attend.
